AI-Native Agent Platform for SMEs
- Closed and delivered two five-figure enterprise engagements (Ha Li Fa, COURTS) as sole DRI and deployed engineer: embedded with customer ops teams through discovery, work-order scoping, a production build against on-prem SAP, vendor due diligence, and live verification; plus a string of smaller SME work orders.
- Ran production LLM systems for 100+ SME accounts at 230K+ interactions a day and 99.65% task success across WhatsApp, email, and Web; defined the evaluation harness (calibrated LLM-as-judge), guardrails, and failure taxonomy that gate every release.
- Took 20+ proof-of-concepts from first prototype to paying deployment hands-on with Claude Code, closing 30+ SME clients, 15+ of those deployments delivered solo. Sold trust and outcomes, not subscriptions.
- Drove three 0→1 platform pivots (Studio no-code → Vobase framework → Volty multi-tenant platform), feeding field insight from customer deployments back into the roadmap; codified delivery patterns into playbooks and decision records.
