I build things that run real businesses. At Voltade I take client AI agent deployments on Volty from first call to go-live. Outside it I build Ragnarok, the gym OS a 480-member CrossFit gym runs on, with Dani, and run marketing and automation at The Bon Pet, the pet food brand I co-founded. Five years as a software engineer before product.

AI-Native Agent Platform for SMEs
- Closed two five-figure enterprise deals in 2026 (Ha Li Fa, COURTS) and deliver them as DRI on Volty, Voltade's multi-tenant agent platform: discovery, scoping, a build against on-prem SAP, due diligence, go-live.
- Build each deployment on the platform (a COURTS rebate agent pulled 41 programmes out of 44 emails in week one) and ship the features they need, like approval gates on data edits.
- Before Volty: worked on Envoy, Voltade's WhatsApp AI CRM (100+ SME accounts, 230K+ AI interactions a day), and took 20+ proof-of-concepts to paying deployment, 15+ of them solo, closing 30+ SME clients.
Ragnarok · Co-builder with Danielle Poon
Multi-tenant gym OS, live at Ragtag Training
- First commit to gym-wide production in seven weeks. Ragtag's 480 members log workouts on it, and coaches programme and brief classes from it every day. 1,400+ commits, about 900 mine.
- Own the platform side: row-level security for tenant isolation, MindBody and Telegram integrations, a 37K-result history import, monitoring and zero-downtime deploys.

Fresh pet food, direct to consumer
- Run marketing and the automation behind it: 43 n8n workflows (WhatsApp lifecycle, win-back, subscription saves, a daily KPI report), the email programme, and Reels made in-house with an AI coding agent.
- Built the internal tools: an ops CLI, subscriber KPIs (MRR, churn, LTV) and a customer service dashboard. 4.9/5 from 381+ reviews.

- Drove product and engineering for an enterprise AI platform serving Fortune 500 clients. Owned RAG architecture over 2M+ documents, defining retrieval and quality benchmarks end to end.
- Shaped Discover, where analysts explore millions of documents through topic clustering, network analysis, and theme visualisation. Replaced weeks of manual research with interactive workflows.

- Drove Ninja Easy from 0→1, scaling from single-digit daily orders to hundreds within 5 months (13K total). Defined product iterations through data-driven experimentation.
- Owned notification platform end-to-end (100M+ events/day across SMS, email, push in 6 markets). Defined reliability SLAs and scaling strategy for cross-market expansion.
