Personal AI agents

Telegram + WhatsApp bots running 24/7 on a Mac Mini in Singapore. Each one has its own prompt, memory, and scope.

    Customer-facing ops on WhatsApp + Xero + Aspire + Notion. Drafts replies, sends morning briefs, takes over chats, watches sentiment.

    Internal Voltade ops on Telegram. Pantry orders, internal CRM updates, tender scanning, Notion ops. Claudia’s sister.

    Personal assistant on Telegram. Owns my mail/cal/notes scope and delivers all my personal cron alerts (morning brief, agent health probe, etc.).

    Gym specialist. Owns the booking decision tree and class-schedule reads. Reduced scope after Happy absorbed his personal-assistant role.

    Voltade AI sales agent. Chats with cold WhatsApp leads in 1–2 sentence replies, surfaces info to the team, hands off when ready.
